    I love the milk shakes!!!  Burgers are pretty good and service was good.  Not a fan of the fries.

    I ordered online and picked up my order at the Randolph location. Unfortunately, there were some issues with the order. I called and spoke to the manager, who offered to re-fire the entire order, no questions asked. We were all very happy with the re-fire, and the manager and team's willingness to make sure we were happy with our order.

    2 weeks ago I had small problem with my order my return visit they took care of that no big deal but appreciate the great customer service from DM to the manager and staff. Always great experience great food Great staff and they put customers first
    No questions asked. Recommend highly

    Love walking into this place and seeing Cathy's face at the register always smiling and kind!  Our cheeseburgers are always perfect and fries done to perfection.   I love Five Guys.  Wish they had a drive thru!

    Excellent customer service, and all of the ingredients were very fresh. Also very clean even the bathroom. The friendliness of the staff was the best part imo.
